Careers

Have Fun. Make a Difference. Love Your Job.

At the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Sacramento, every day is an opportunity to make a difference. Whether you work behind the scenes or directly with youth, your time and talent give hundreds of kids the chance to learn, grow, and succeed.

We believe that hiring, developing and retaining the highest quality staff possible is where it all begins. That’s because our work is anchored in our staff’s ability to bring our mission to life– to enable all young people to realize their full potential. Each member of our highly respected team is encouraged to advance professionally in their respective arena of influence. Guidance is provided through orientations, professional development training, and direct peer-to-peer mentoring and coaching.
